Group exercises
We offer group exercise, which is suitable as a prevention, but also as a long-term solution preventing back pain. Exercise is ideal for people with a sedentary lifestyle, a one-sided load or simply a lack of exercise. Here you will find, for example, elements of Pilates and other strengthening and stretching techniques. We use the locomotion center for the exercise, where there are therabands, gymballs and other balance aids, which serve primarily for strengthening the center of the body and gaining the necessary flexibility. To maintain the benefits gained from exercise, it must be performed regularly. The exercise is intended for adults, it is performed in a group of a maximum of 8 people. There is a dressing room and a shower available.

You can book exercises in our online booking system from the comfort of your home. In the calendar of reservations you will see available dates and the number of available places per hour, which you can book after registration and login. The exercise will be realized in case of three or more reservations entered at least 60 minutes before the exercise in our reservation system. You can check online whether the exercise will be realized or will be canceled due to lack of the participants.
In your reservation you will see the price per time unit based on the standard price list, the final price for the service will be determined at our reception according to the type and length of exercises and according to any discount vouchers or season tickets.
